Catch-all Emails in Cloud Website Hosting
Configuring a catch-all e-mailbox will be remarkably easy if you have a cloud website hosting package with our company. You can enable the feature through our advanced, yet easy-to-use Email Manager, which is built into the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, via which you’ll administer your shared hosting account. You will see all the mailboxes that you’ve created listed alphabetically and next to each one there will be a tiny "Catch-all" icon, which will immediately inform you if a particular mailbox receives all the emails pertaining to a given domain or not. With one mouse click on the icon you can activate or deactivate this option whenever you like. In case there’s active email forwarding or in case a different mailbox has already been configured as a catch-all one for a specific domain, you’ll get a notification from our system. The latter will not replace/disable anything automatically or without your consent.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The catch-all functionality can be enabled easily if you’ve got a semi-dedicated server plan with us. All the email addresses that you’ve created with the domain names hosted in the semi-dedicated server account will be displayed in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel and you’ll notice a small-size button conveniently situated directly next to each one. With only a single mouse click, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your liking as long as there isn't another mailbox under that same domain name with this option already activated and there isn't activated email forwarding. Alternatively, you can right-click on a mailbox and activate this feature using the context menu that will appear. If any of the preconditions for setting up a catch-all mailbox is not fulfilled, our system will let you know, but will not replace or disable anything automatically.
