We know from experience that swapping web hosting providers can lead to lost information and unwanted downtime. For this reason, we will do all that for you for free!We have knowledgeable administrators whose principal job is to make sure that your site functions precisely as it did on your previous web hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based upon well–known scripts such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: We strive to implement all web site migrations as quickly as possible. However, we do not have a fixed time frame for website migrations. There are certain aspects that you have to consider – the very size of your site and the workload of our website migration team, etc. We constantly try to perform each migration in under 48 hours. With less sizeable websites, our team typically manages to finish in under 24 hours.

A: We will need the login information for your current web hosting provider’s Control Panel and the site’s name (domain name).

A: No. Your website will stay completely operational during the transfer. As soon as everything is completed on our end, we will tell you so that you can examine it and check for any problems. If everything’s fine, all you will need to do is change your domain’s DNS records.

A: Nope. Apart from your login credentials for the Control Panel, we do not require anything. We’ll never contact your web hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the transfer either.

A: Yep. We support all common Linux–powered hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–driven hosting platforms, as we don’t offer Windows hosting solutions ourselves.Furthermore, we don’t support proprietary web site creation and administration tools like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
